Activity theme: Prepare for Cross-Strait College Sailing Competition in Pan-Pacific Area on 12 Jul, 2013.

Activity content: In order to take part in the College Sailing Competition, Xiamen University Tan Kah Kee College Sailing Team has made a training plan.

Training plan:

The Training plan is divided into three parts, including physical training, endurance training and skill training.

Monday or Wednesday:

Physical training --- Kayak 500 meters racing

Tuesday or Thursday:

Ability training --- 500 meters freestyle swimming

Saturday or Sunday:

Skill training --- Visiting Xiamen Wuyuan Bay for sailing training

The sailing team will try their best to prepare for the competition.
